In 2019, thanks to the Mentoring Network of the Brome-Missisquoi CLD, Marilyn met Martine Bédard. This mentoring service offers young entrepreneurs the opportunity to be mentored by an experienced entrepreneur. Having found that she had evolved mainly in a male entrepreneurial environment since her beginnings, Marilyn wanted to be mentored by a woman entrepreneur.
From their first meeting, the chemistry between the two women was apparent. With more than 20 years of experience in business management and marketing, Martine offers Marilyn a new perspective on entrepreneurship and a space for discussion without taboos. Once a month, Marilyn and Martine meet to discuss the issues and challenges of starting a business.
When a few months later, the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic exploded, Martine's support became more valuable than ever. Overnight, the entire development and production plan for Le point visible fell apart. Not having experienced her first entrepreneurial crisis, Martine encouraged Marilyn to quickly roll up her sleeves and put in place a new marketing strategy for the company so that it could survive this storm.

Three years later, with more experience, a little more confidence and a new partner in the company (Claudel), Martine is still present and available for advice or an attentive ear. The meetings are more punctual, but the relationship is always as precious and fulfilling.
We would like to thank Martine for her spirit, her confidence and her passion.
