Cancellation policy

Each order is automatically processed and dispatched as soon as possible to ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact customer service (info@lepointvisible.com) to notify us of a cancellation. If your request is received before your order is shipped, no fees will be incurred. If your request is received after your order has been shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Exchange & return

We want our customers to be completely satisfied. This is why we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your product. To do this, please return the product in its original packaging to the following address:

110 rue Rivière, Loft 212, Bedford J0J 1A0 (Québec).

Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective products

Since each product is handmade, there may sometimes be some imperfections. However, this should not compromise their quality. If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us with a photo of your product. We ask that you keep the product in the original packaging, if possible. Quality is a priority for us, so we will make sure to repair the piece.
