CANCELLATION POLICY
Each order is automatically processed and dispatched as soon as possible to ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact customer service (info@lepointvisible.com) to notify us of a cancellation. If your request is received before your order is shipped, no fees will be incurred. If your request is received after your order has shipped, please refer to our return policy.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We want our customers to be completely satisfied. This is why we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your product. To do this, please return the product in its original packaging to the following address:
110 rue Rivière, Loft 212, Bedford J0J 1A0 (Quebec).
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Since each product is handmade, it can happen that there are some imperfections. However, this should not compromise quality. If any of our products you receive is damaged or defective, contact us with a photo of your product. Please keep the product in the original packaging.
