Exchange & return
We want our customers to be completely satisfied. This is why we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your product. To do this, please return the product in its original packaging to the following address:

Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
As craftswomen, we are committed to creating products that are durable and long-lasting. We therefore guarantee our products in the event of damage or breakage for reasons beyond your control. Simply contact us and we'll find a solution.
If, on the other hand, you break or damage the product (your dog has nibbled it, fabric snags, stains, etc.), we'll be happy to offer you our repair services. As you can see, the quality and durability of your product is a priority for us. We want our quilts to accompany you through the stages of your life, and those of generations to come.
If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us with a photo of your product. We ask that you keep the product in the original packaging, if possible. Quality is a priority for us, so we will make sure to repair the piece.
