Gift cards are valid on all of our online inventory and in the workshop. When you purchase a Le point visiblet gift card, you will receive an electronic version that you can gift by email or print.
FAQ
Does my gift card have an expiration date?
No. Gift cards do not expire. This is their great advantage, you can use them anytime.
Can I use my gift card on a custom order?
Unfortunately no. Gift cards are valid on all of our online inventory and the inventory available at the workshop. If you would like to offer a custom-made gift card, write to us at info@lepointvisible.com.
Can I use my gift card and pay the balance differently?
Yes. If the total of your purchase exceeds the amount of your gift card, the remaining balance can be paid with the usual payment methods.
Shipping
- For purchases of $200 or more in Canada and $400 or more in the U.S., we offer free delivery (excluding custom orders).
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days of receipt of order, unless otherwise specified.
- Each order is shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
