After hours of meticulous work and thought put into completing the quilt, the long-awaited day arrived: their father’s 70th birthday. Here is the touching message we received shortly afterward:“Hi Marilyn!
I hope you’re doing well. We finally gave our father the result of your long work on his birthday. Oh my God! There are no words to describe all the emotions he experienced. He couldn’t believe the idea we had come up with, and he spent the evening displaying his quilt everywhere. He even slept with it… In short, a thoroughly delighted man! You can be proud of the exceptional work you did; our father couldn’t have asked for anything better.”
